Can I order 1 bag of granola?

Due to the logistics of fulfilling on one bag of granola we currently don't have that as an option, we do have a physical location located in Canmore, AB.  If you are ever in the neighborhood stop by we can definitely give you a single bag to take home.

Should I expect delays?

We have everything set to "pre-order" since we just launched this site however we expect to start shipping August 1st, 2024 after which we will be fulfilling orders immediately.

When will my order ship?

We are still syncing our website to our inventory management software to be able to track our inventory in real time, we are now accepting pre-orders and have a shipping date set for August 1st, 2024, once we have fulfilled this first batch of orders we will update things so you can order what we currently have in stock and be notified immediately when your order ships. Anytime we have things set to "pre-order" we will mention a expected shipping data on the product page.

What is your refund policy?

Our refund policy is as long as the bag isn't opened within 45 days we will accept it as a return, just cover shipping to our manufacturing facility in Airdrie, AB.
